How do you develop leadership skills at a young age?
Nurturing the right leadership skills in children & students which help them on their way to a future career, is a difficult task. It's fascinating to see how much confidence and determination horses inspire in children within a few hours.

To navigate a horse or pony through a course of obstacles is a lot of fun, and at the same time it is teaching children how to express themselves through their body language.

The outdoor workshop takes place on a beautiful green farm with lots of big trees shading the grounds. This is where 50 horses and ponies have a home, and young riders come to improve their skills in equestrian sports up to a National level.
​
Combining learning with fun: Let your child experience this unique program, interact with horses in a natural environment and improve their softskills through activities with the horses and ponies.
​
The interaction and guided exercises with horses and ponies help children to improve their confidence, especially in new environments. ​Children experience how to communicate clearly and use their body language effectively.
​
An important part of the program is to overcome challenges and work with the horse and other children as a team.
LOCATION
HQ Leadership India operates out of Chennai Equitation Centre (CEC) which is located on a lush green campus in Sholinganallur in the heart of the IT Sector in Chennai. CEC is a trust set up by Mr. Kishore Futnani and was established in January 2010. CEC was formerly known as 'Chennai Equestrian Academy' started in 1998.

The centre has some of the best facilities in the country including stabling for 60 horses & ponies, a competition size sand arena, practice dressage arena and lunging arenas.

HORSE ADVENTURE
In this 4-5 hour long workshop young leaders between the age of 6 to 17 years old experience the magic around horses and discover the power of non-verbal communication.

HQ Leadership is part of the Chennai Equitation Center (www.chennaiequitation.com) one of India's premier Equestrian Sports Facilities where children from the age of 5+ years as well as adults can learn how to ride and compete all over India.
